With a larger table like this, it is usually easier to work your way through the applicants you wish to eliminate first. For instance, if you click the Task Mgmt. column so that the lowest scores are at the top of the list, you can then use the yes/no toggle to eliminate all applicants up to say, a Task Mgmt. score of 85. You might also be looking for high Openness as well. Click on Openness until the lowest scores are on top and use the Yes/No toggle to eliminate applicants up to a score of 60 or below. Now if you sort by the Yes/No column, you will notice that you have eliminated quite a few applicants and have made your list less unwieldy. While leaving the table sorted by Yes/No, hold down your shift key while clicking twice on the Task Mgmt. column header again. This allows you to sort all of the Yes applicants by Task Mgmt.

Clicking on an applicants name will bring up more information about them and explanations of their personality trait scores.
