Cream is a Pre-Employment Assessment service that finds the intrinsic traits in workers that determines if they are in the top 15% of the workforce. Our solution is test-first so all applicants for a position must complete our assessment before moving on to the next round. This system shortens the process of resume filtering as employers only look at the top 15% of applicants. For example if 100 people apply for a job, the employer will only look at 15 resumes, on average, instead of all 100, cutting down time to hire by up to 25 hours. Coupled with the fact that a Cream certified worker can be, on average, up to 48% more productive.
